The steps we take to prepare an exterior painting job typically involve:

• Thorough chemical or pressure cleaning of the home including the soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts using a biodegradable cleaner.
• Removal of approximately two to three inches of earth next to the home to allow painting below grade.
• Cover and protect all landscaping, mulch, stone with .3 mil plastic or canvas drop cloths as needed.
• Remove downspouts from the home to allow painting under downspouts.
• Cover and protect all windows and screens with 3M masking contractor protective film if required.
• Cover and mask all electric meters, signs and labels.
• Repair of stress cracks with exterior textured, brush grade elastomeric for masonry surfaces.
• Caulking of all windows and doors where needed with Top Gun 55-year acrylic sealant.
• Seal, prime and water-proof surfaces before painting.
• Painting of home with high quality, long-lasting protective coatings.
